General Information
Shipment, Refund and Conditions of Sale
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Delivery by Canpar or UPS is free, except for the prices paid carry, delivery is not included, see conditions for second price option. I
- We are committed to shipping all orders as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email containing the details of your purchase.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (depending on the destination).
Please note that these deadlines do not take into account possible delays due to external factors such as weather conditions or restrictions related to COVID-19 or super busy periods.
We currently ship to Quebec, except some remote areas and Ontario. If you do not see your province of Canada at the checkout, please contact us to find out if we can ship your order to you and if there is an additional charge.
Warning: please note that some large beanbags can be shipped in multiple cartons. In this case, you will need to transfer the bean bag(s) filler into the provided cotton cover. This approach aims to significantly reduce shipping costs.
Delivery address:
If you have listed a PO Box as your delivery address or our carrier detects that your address is a PO Box, your order will be cancelled. We regret not being able to ship to PO boxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery via our online tracking service.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please check your order confirmation email to confirm that the delivery information entered is correct. If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to contact us at info@beanbagmontreal.ca.
