Refund Policy, Return and Conditions of Sale

We have a 10-day return policy, which means that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for online purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in new condition with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, you can contact us at the following address: info@beanbagmontreal.ca. Please note that returns must be sent or taken at your expense to the following address: 4603 Rue D'Iberville, 100, Montreal, QC, H2H 2L9, CA.If your return is accepted. 

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We will inform you of the approval of your refund after inspection of your return. In case of approval, you will be refunded by the same payment method.

Please note that the processing by UNIFORMS PERSONNALISÉS INC. and the display by your bank may take some time. If 15 business days pass without news, contact us at info@beanbagmontreal.ca.

IMPORTANT:

The return costs are your responsibility.

 

It is easier to resolve questions before than after the purchase. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us before your purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and remedy it.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as polysterene refill, custom products (such as special orders or custom items). Don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns regarding a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items, clearance or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

DIMENSION: The dimensions indicated on this site for certain Beanbags may fluctuate depending on how they are taken.

The duo offer is only accessible in-store and is not offered online.

-Note that there may be a slight difference with the color on our site and the cover you will receive.

-Special order must be paid in advance and is a final, non-refundable sale.
-All orders are subject to authorization from Personalized Uniforms Inc.
-Our beanbags are guaranteed for 12 months for the seams of the outer cover, and 30 days for the inner cover with original invoice.
-Any merchandise damaged, decolorized, cleaned or washed, printed or embroidered is not returnable.
-Personalized Uniforms Inc reserves the right to cancel this order
at all times.

-Any claim must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. No goods may be returned without our written approval. The liability of the supplier shall in no case exceed the value of the returned goods covered by this contract.

-This merchandise remains the property of Personalized Uniforms Inc

until final payment.
