Yes! Shipping is FREE throughout Quebec and Ontario. Only a few remote areas or special territories may be excluded. If you have any questions, contact us with your postal code!

• Try it at home: If, after receiving your beanbag ordered online, you feel that the comfort or color isn't right for you, you have 10 days to contact us. • Simple conditions: The product must be in its original condition and must not have been misused.

• Return process: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, or you can simply return it to our Montreal warehouse store free of charge. Once inspected, we will process a full refund.

* Our most used models are the oval multi-position Beanbag ca126 "best seller", the ca117 model similar to the ca126 but a smaller (large) size, the rectangular multi-position model ca777, the rectangular model ca666 similar to the ca777 but junior size, the ergonomic pear-shaped Beanbags ca201 and ca198 super wrap. Come try them out, along with several other available models, ideally in our spacious showroom/store, and take one home with you if you wish (extensive inventory, choice of fabrics, and a selection of 25 colors).

12. What is the production time?
If the model you choose isn't in stock, don't worry! We're the manufacturer: we produce your custom BeanBag in just 4 to 6 business days.

13. Is it possible to customize my model?
Absolutely! This is where the in-store experience truly shines. Since we have over 20 fabrics and dozens of exclusive colors in-house, you can literally create the beanbag of your dreams. Come see us to coordinate the textures with your decor and choose the exact model that suits your space, and we'll make it for you super fast.

14. My Beanbag seems "flat" after a while. Is this normal, and what should I do?
Yes, That's perfectly normal! Like a quality pair of shoes or the padding of a high-end sofa, the polystyrene beads will eventually compress slightly with use and weight over time.

Here's how to restore its original shape:
• The "Shake" Trick: Often, simply shaking your beanbag vigorously is enough to circulate the air between the beads and instantly restore its volume.

• Refilling: If it remains flat after heavy use, it's a sign that it needs a little boost. Since we are the manufacturer, we sell refills of high-density beads (5 different sizes) directly from our Montreal warehouse or on this website.

• An economical solution: No need to buy a new beanbag! A small bag of refill beads is usually enough to restore its original comfort.
